About the role:
- Design and deliver comprehensive sales training programs using proven L&D methodologies
- Provide live coaching during real calls—spotting the gaps only a seasoned seller would catch
- Create structured learning pathways and competency frameworks for sales success
- Partner with Sales Managers to diagnose performance issues and build systematic capability
- Develop targeted workshops and ongoing development programs based on real sales challenges
- Guide new agents through their first deals with the wisdom of someone who's closed hundreds
What you’ll bring:
- Proven sales track record – You've been a top performer and/or managed a sales team in the last 5 years
- Contact centre leadership – Mid to senior-level experience leading sales teams (contact centre environment preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong L&D background – Experience designing, developing and delivering training programs
- Training expertise – Skilled in adult learning principles, program design, and performance measurement
- Industry knowledge – Experience in regulated environments (insurance, finance) preferred
- Dual credibility – New reps will respect both your sales success and your training expertise
