The Latitude Treasury Team is excited to welcome an enthusiastic and driven Treasury Analyst to join us and male an impact! This is a fantastic opportunity to dive deep into liquidity management, trust management reporting and funding activities while working with a collaborative and supportive team.
The Latitude Treasury Team is looking for an enthusiastic Treasury Analyst to support its:
- Liquidity management of its various trust, product and operational bank accounts.
- Monthly trust reporting for its various securitisation facilities,
- Funding activities including securitisation ABS term transactions, private warehousing, corporate debt and capital facilities.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
Liquidity Responsibilities:
- Cash management of the ‘Trust’, ‘Product’ and ‘Operational’ bank accounts.
- Daily trustee communications, reviewing and submitting payment instructions.
- Producing investor reports, payment instructions and funding notices.
- Monitor all automated payment flows and support various inquiries, investigations, and open issues
Funding Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the funding arrangements including drawdowns of existing private securitisation warehouse facilities.
- Support the execution of public ABS term transactions and refinancing of private securitisation warehouse facilities through each of the preparation, marketing, pricing and settlement phases.
- Conducting due diligence processes for bank financiers, investors and rating agencies.
- Preparation and efficient delivery of monthly trust management reporting for public and private securitisation facilities for investors.
- Responding to all investor queries in a prompt manner.
Liquidity Responsibilities:
- Cash management of the ‘Trust’, ‘Product’ and ‘Operational’ bank accounts.
- Daily trustee communications, reviewing and submitting payment instructions.
- Producing investor reports, payment instructions and funding notices.
- Monitor all automated payment flows and support various inquiries, investigations, and open issues.
General Responsibilities:
- Identify emerging risks and the implementation of forward-looking, pragmatic process improvements and process efficiencies in performing your duties.
- Additional ad-hoc project work as and when required.
- Detailed data analysis as well as trust and product performance and compliance monitoring.
- Establish and maintain effective, constructive, professional relationships with key stakeholders and attend committees as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field ie. Commerce, Economics, Accounting, Business, Engineering.
- Proficient skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Lending or Financial Markets.
- Desire to learn and a keen collaborator.
- Ability to work to deadlines with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Customer First - prioritise delivery to your customers – ensuring they have the information they need to make good decisions.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills. Ability to simplify complex financial information, distil key messages and focus on the most important issues.
- Resilience – ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment, possess the tenacity to overcome obstacles and solve problems.
- Strong commercial acumen – a proven ability to influence results and focus on the best commercial outcome for Latitude.
