Job Description
Why This Role Stands Out
As our Veterinary Director, you’ll guide the strategic and operational direction of the clinic, shaping a culture of excellence, compassion, and collaboration. You’ll lead a team of 7 skilled nurses and 2.5 veterinarians, supported by modern equipment including:
- Ultrasound
- Digital and dental x-ray
- Biochemistry, electrolyte & hematology machines
- Internal lab, sterile theatre, and dedicated cat/dog wards

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
This opportunity is ideal for a veterinarian with:
- 4+ years post-graduate experience
- Strong clinical leadership and mentoring skills
- Confidence in consulting, diagnosing, and treating companion animals independently
- Eligibility for registration with the Australasian Veterinary Boards Council (AVBC) or equivalent (NAVLE, AVE, etc.)
