Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing and resolving faults for AV systems including video conferencing, digital signage, audio systems, control systems, and displays.
- Back filling Permanent On-Site Technicians providing first-line support
when required.
- Conducting Preventative Maintenance calls to ensure optimal performance.
- Providing technical advice and recommending solutions for AV/UC related issues.
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors for escalated issues.
- Configuring AV and UC systems as required.
- Building positive client relationships through clear, professional communication.
- Producing accurate service reports and maintaining good ticket records of work completed.
Key Experience & Capabilities:
- Proven experience in AV installation, support, or maintenance.
- Strong AV experience with audio, video and control systems.
- Familiarity with major AV platforms and tools (e.g. Crestron, Extron, Zoom, Teams, Cisco Webex).
- Strong knowledge of video conferencing systems and networking principles (LAN/WAN).
- Experience in fault-finding, reading AV schematics, and working with DSPs.
- Strong PC skills including O365 and MS Teams.
- A current Construction White Card and valid Driver’s Licence.
- Industry certifications and accreditations (preferred).
- Proactive, organised and proven reliability as a part of a team with excellent communication skills.
