About the role and where you will be working:

The Village Manager, Independent Living Units, will be the first point of contact and is responsible for driving business performance and the achievement of key performance indicators by supporting the Manager Retirement Living and ensuring revenue streams are optimised while providing a high level of customer service.

This position is working at our Faulkner Park Village in Belmont.

We’ll also be asking you to:

  • Be the first point of contact in the village for residents and their families.
  • Responsible for the operations of the village, along with the inhouse maintenance and gardening team.
  • Providing support and great customer service to the village residents, in ensuring that their needs are met.
  • Providing administrative support, reporting and managing resident correspondence for the village.
  • Communicate with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ensure you have good time management and problem solving skills.
  • Coordinating the property maintenance requirements of the village.
  • Working closely with the Residents Committee in the management of the village.
  • Actively support and promote the marketing of the village and liaise effectively with the ILU Sales Team.
  • Ensure that the village is operated in line with the village rules, the lease agreements, and the retirement village legislation.
  • Be the cornerstone of this connected retirement living community.

While this position works closely with SCCWA this role is employed by Faulkner Park board of directors.
