About the Role
As a Wardperson, you will play an important role in supporting patient care across the hospital. You will assist patients and visitors, contribute to the smooth running of ward services, and carry out a range of cleaning and support duties in line with the Position Description and hospital policies. This is a varied and rewarding role that offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the experience of patients and their families.
About You
You are a hardworking and reliable team member who enjoys helping others. You have good communication skills, the ability to follow direction, and can work independently as well as part of a team. You remain calm and professional when handling a variety of tasks and take pride in providing a high standard of service.
