This role is based at our Volkswagen Group Australia (VGA) Chullora site, supporting one of the most prestigious automotive brands in the world.
We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead operations at our Volkswagen Chullora facility. This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring high standards in inventory, despatch, and receiving, while maintaining compliance with Volkswagen’s global operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily warehouse operations with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.
Manage and support supervisors across inventory, despatch, and receiving.
Maintain compliance with VGA’s global standards and ISO requirements.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with internal teams and stakeholders.
Drive performance and continuous improvement across all warehouse functions.
Support operational demands and ensure timely delivery of parts and accessories in accordance with VGA’s Quality Standards
What We’re Looking For
5–15 years of experience in warehouse management, ideally in automotive, transport, or FMCG sectors.
Proven leadership in medium to large warehouse environments (50+ staff).
Strong working knowledge of SAP, ISO standards, and inventory/quality systems.
Forklift licence (preferred).
A collaborative, down-to-earth leader who thrives on the warehouse floor.
Ability to hit the ground running and adapt to a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
