Your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and processing incoming goods
- Loading and unloading stock
- Picking, packing, and shipping orders
- Communicating with customers via phone, email, and in-store for bookings, invoicing, and payments
- General administrative tasks
- Assisting with other duties as needed, depending on the company’s requirements
What we’re looking for:
- A process-driven mindset—you enjoy ticking off tasks and getting things done right
- Flexibility and a team-player attitude—you can take direction and also work independently
- A friendly and helpful manner when dealing with customers
- Physical capability to handle some heavy lifting and a commitment to following safety procedures
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new systems
- A valid driver’s licence and forklift licence

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
