To make it happen, we’re searching for an experienced Welding Supervisor to join our Mackay team.

What we’re looking for:
5–10 years’ welding / heavy fabrication experience (Australian Recognized Trade Qualification)
Weld Supervisor Qualification
Strong background supervising welding teams & projects
Welding to AS1554-4:2010 standards
Confined Space & Working at Heights qualifications
High-risk licences (Forklift, Dogging & Rigging)
Safety-first leadership with strong communication skills
Flexibility to work up to 12-hour shifts (including Saturdays & occasional Sundays)
