How you'll make a difference...
In your new role, you will actively support our business clients via collaborating with insurers (case managers), allied health professionals & other key stakeholders to facilitate workers' return to work following workplace injuries.
- Provide workers compensation claims advice & support
- Liaison with key stakeholders including; employers, workers, case managers, doctors, rehab consultants, etc.
- Involvement with claim reviews
- Client relationship management & related tasks
- Daily tasks include; calls, emails, arranging appointments, document & report preparation, updating client files, systems, etc.
