Date advertised: 17th July 2025
Job Type: Full time
Closing Date: 8th August 2025
We are looking for a full-time Assistant Minister: Youth Pastor and Focus Area Leader (Multisite).
At Norwest Anglican, we long to see Jesus as King of every heart and every home. We are a vibrant and growing evangelical church in Sydney’s north-west, with over 800 adults, youth, and children attending our Sunday ministries across five services. In 2026, we are planning to launch our first off-site congregation as a new expression of Norwest’s life and mission.
We’re seeking a godly, gifted, and energetic leader to join our team full-time in a dual role: leading our Youth Ministry and championing our first offsite congregation. Our Youth Ministry is centred on building the next generation of revolutionary disciples, with over 100 youth meeting weekly across Friday nights and Sunday Discipleship Communities. The Focus Area Leader will ensure Norwest’s tone, culture, vision, and values are faithfully expressed and contextualised in a new location, while working in close partnership with our M Pastors and each portfolio representative.
The successful candidate will thrive in a large and vibrant church, where strategic vision, relational leadership, and gospel opportunity all come together to stretch and energise you. You will be part of a supportive and collaborative team that’s committed to reaching the lost, growing mature disciples, and seeing every ministry flourish for His kingdom.
