Qualifikationen

The Human Resources placement at a glance:

An exciting learning opportunity is available for a motivated and enthusiastic student to join the HR team! Working with the HR Business Partners and reporting into the Director of Human Resources, your key learning will include:

  • Recruitment and Selection, including responsibilities for phone screening and reference checking
  • HR Administration, including responsibilities for process documentation, contract generation, HR reporting and document management.
  • New Starter Onboarding & Induction support and coordination
  • Learning and Development, including program support and company communications
  • HR Business Partnering and other HR projects and events as required

What we are looking for:

Self-motivated and pro-active students who are passionate about gaining work experience. Effective communicators who can build rapport, enjoy collaborating with others and have the confidence to step up and drive change and ideas.

To be considered, students must be an undergraduate in their second year or have at least 1 year left of studies as of January 2026, preferably in a Business related degree majoring in Management and/or HR.
