About the role:

Outstanding opportunity to become a care worker providing quality care services to clients needing support in their own homes in Sydney's Northern Beaches.

Tasks include:
  • Personal care and general household duties to ensure the client receives the most extraordinary care
  • Observe client’s wellbeing and make recommendations about care enhancements.
  • Be proactive with our clients’ needs
  • Maintaining records and continuous communication with our excellent client services staff
  • Participate in client reviews and work with the client’s family to honour client requests

You have a real passion for helping people and this shows through your exceptional customer service skills and the way you respectfully treat others. You are made fore the industry because you are compassionate, empathetic, and professional in all that you do. You want to make a difference with your warm and caring outlook. You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work autonomously.

In addition, you will have:
  • A current driver’s licence, a reliable road worthy vehicle and full comprehensive insurance.
All permanent Prestige Personal Care Attendants will receive the following benefits:
  • $6,000 yearly car allowance (full-time equivalent)
  • Plus leading industry and above award rates - $973.00 per week gross for 37.5 hours per week, plus weekend/public holiday loading
  • 4 weeks annual leave and 10 days personal leave per year
