Yorke and Northern Local Health Network is seeking a dedicated Accommodation Officer to oversee and maintain our accommodation facilities, ensuring our staff and locums feel supported and comfortable across multiple sites.
In this role, you’ll be the key liaison between new employees, managers, and external agencies—helping coordinate accommodation needs, maintain accurate records, and drive continuous improvements. Your attention to detail and ability to manage projects will ensure our accommodation facilities meet high standards and foster a positive culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain up-to-date rental records, agreements, and furniture registers.
Conduct regular property audits and entry/exit checks.
Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and purchase of replacement items.
Liaise with employees, managers, and external agencies regarding accommodation needs.
Develop quality management processes to improve accommodation services.
Support workplace health, safety, and diversity initiatives.
What we’re looking for:
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
Experience in data analysis, reporting, and project coordination.
Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
Commitment to customer service excellence and cultural awareness.
Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety and Continuous Quality Improvement principles.
