The Opportunity
Our Australian Steel Markets business is looking for an Account Coordinator in our Customer Service Team based in Forrestfield, WA, for an initial 12-month fixed-term contract. As an Account Coordinator, you’ll be at the centre of how we connect with and support our customers. What Will You Do?
In this role, you’ll support your own portfolio of customers, being their go-to point of contact. You’ll also:
- help deliver the right products at the right time, aligned to customer needs
- provide updates and insights to customers and internal teams
- collaborate with teams such as supply chain, sales, and operations to provide solutions for customers
- identify improvements with our systems and processes, assisting with implementing changes for internal teams and customers
