The Role
We have a rare opportunity for an experienced and results driven sales professional to represent our Concrete business interests as an Account Manager.
This is a hands-on role working in conjunction with our operations team whilst managing current customers and searching for new opportunities to enhance our business in a highly competitive market.

This is a full-time role primarily based in Thebarton, SA.
Responsibilities
- Deliver client-focused solutions.
- Drive new business opportunities through lead generation and market analysis.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate with and influence key stakeholders at all organisational levels.
- Effectively manage multiple account management activities at a time.
- Excellent listening, influencing, negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and understand logistics chain of responsibility.
- Conduct regular market reviews to provide up to date competitor and market data.
- Provide client and market led input into product strategies.
- Solid commercial acumen.

- Demonstrated success in developing and effectively implementing sales solutions.
- Confidence and self-motivation to achieve targets and identify opportunities for growth.
- Experience in selling technical products and / or services.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to proactively engage with both corporate and site-based external stakeholders and clients.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise competing demands.
