About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Assistant with preferably 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable (AP) to support our growing finance team. If you are proactive, organized, and ready to contribute to a dynamic work environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices and ensure timely payments to suppliers
- Maintain accurate records of all AP transactions
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with month-end AP reporting
- Perform general accounting and admin duties as required
Requirements
- Preferably 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. SAP, MYOB)
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Desirable (Not Essential)
- Diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience in [Industry]
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP)
