About the role
As the Accounts Receivable/Collections Officer for the Fordham business you will support the Partners and other stakeholders in fee collections and query management.
Key responsibilities will include:
- End to end credit control for the Fordham business, ensuring collection of accounts in accordance with engagement terms.
- Providing monthly reporting on accounts receivable data and reporting on collection arrangements outside of engagement terms.
- Facilitating the fee queries process including analysis of issues and actively pursuing resolutions, whilst maintaining a positive client experience.
- Administration of the debtor’s process in accordance with business procedures.
About you
- You will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with experience in a financial or professional services environment preferred.
- You’ll have strong working experience in Excel.
- Working experience in APS would be beneficial but not essential.
- You’ll be resourceful and solution focused, with an empathetic yet resilient nature.
