We are seeking a experienced Accounts Receivable/Payroll Administration Officer to join our team on a Part-Time Basis.

About the Role:
As the Accounts Receivable/Payroll Administration Officer you will be responsible for:
- Processing of accounts receivables
- Monthly reconciliation of aged debtors
- Follow up aged debtors
- Provide high level administrative support including general filing, scanning and archiving
- Maintaining Payglobal, Roster On and Looplearn software.
- Liaise with external payroll provider in relation to:
- Forwarding all relevant payroll forms;
- all pay and leave queries;
- Salary Packaging.
- Maintain Superannuation contributions.
- Prepare ID cards for employees and volunteers.
- Liaise with WorkCover Officer in relation to WorkCover top-up wages.
- Preparation of monthly reports as required by the Finance Department.
- Assist department managers with payroll related information.
- Maintain knowledge of all relevant Awards and EBA’s.
About You:
Essential:
- Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable/Payroll Administration role
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Highly organised with strong time management skills
- Proactive Attitude and a willingness to learn
Desirable:
- Degree in a relevant discipline.
- Experience in rural or regional healthcare settings.
Employment conditions and remuneration are as prescribed in the relevant award (dependent upon qualification) and current Enterprise Agreement.
