About the Opportunity
We are looking for Administration Officer who will be working within a team environment within District Accounts Payable. To be successful in this role you need to have excellent customer service skills, be well organized and have good time management. You will be able to work autonomously, be able to contribute positively in a team environment, be pleasant and approachable.
What You'll be Doing
To facilitate the correct processing of invoices to validation status in a timely manner in order to ensure invoices are paid within terms by undertaking a range of accounts payable review and processing functions.
To respond in a timely manner to urgent requests for payment.

- Relevant administrative qualifications and/or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience in and understanding of Oracle accounts payable operations and processes as well as Microsoft Office.
- Effective organizational and administration skills with attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Ability to resolve problems and identify strategies to resolve issues.
