Your New Role:
As our Rostering & Administration Officer, you'll be the heart of our operations - ensuring smooth scheduling for our care team while providing warm, professional support to our clients. You'll manage rosters, handle patient referrals, and be the friendly voice that helps everything run seamlessly.
What You’ll Do:
- Create and manage staff rosters to ensure perfect care coverage
- Solve scheduling puzzles—adjusting rosters when needs change
- Be the first point of contact for new patient referrals—processing and coordinating their care journey
- Communicate with patients and families with care and professionalism
- Keep everything running smoothly with accurate records and clear communication
- Experience in rostering, scheduling or administration (healthcare is a plus!)
- A people person with excellent phone and communication skills
- Super organised—you love keeping everything running smoothly
- Tech-savvy with rostering systems and Microsoft Office
- Able to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Knowledge of the SCHADS and Nursing Awards is a bonus
- A kind, professional approach when dealing with patients
- Highly organised with a strong attention to detail.
