An exciting opportunity for a dedicated mental health clinician, working in Lower North Shore Acute Community Mental Health on a temporary contract, for 6 months, full time, within a multidisciplinary team. The position is open to Registered Psychologists, Registered Nurses, Occupational Therapists and Social Workers.

Royal North Shore Community Mental Health - Acute Team
What you'll be doing
Providing frontline mental health support and treatment as a member of a multi-disciplinary community mental health team which offers triage, assessment, counselling, treatment, case management and discharge planning services to individuals in Northern Sydney Local Health Districts.
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Current AHPRA registration for relevant discipline - Psychology, Occupational Therapist, Registered Nurse, Eligibility for membership with AASW for Social Workers.
- Demonstrated, comprehensive mental health assessment and crisis intervention experience.
- Experience working in community mental health and a demonstrated knowledge of the NSW Mental Health Act.
