The Preschool

At KU Wahroonga, we are proud of our reputation within the heart of the local community of providing rich education and care for more than 60 years. Our exceeding rated service is set in a lovely, leafy environment that encompasses many natural play areas. The children are involved in the care and development of the outdoor environment through gardening, recycling and suggesting ideas to improve the outdoor play areas like our rock and mud area.

The Role

We are looking for an organised administrator to provide a range of duties vital to the efficient operations of our Preschool. The position is Wednesday's & Thursday's 4 hours each day on a permanent basis.

In particular, you will be managing enrolments, family account's and the centre’s waiting list using the software XAP , responding to email and phone queries’ and assisting the Director with a range of tasks including filing and record keeping, as well as being the friendly point of contact for families!

  • Have proficient computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
