What you'll be doing
Join our dedicated team at Westmeadow Child Care Centre as an Administration Officer, where your organisation and people skills will help support a nurturing and professional environment for children, families, and staff. In this role you will:

  • Provide day-to-day admin support to the Centre Manager
  • Deliver timely and accurate transactional services
  • Be the first point of contact for families and visitors
  • Help keep our childcare operations running smoothly
  • Enjoy a warm, team-focused environment within WSLHD

  • Demonstrated high level customer service skills.
  • Effective interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills with demonstrated attention to detail.
  • Ability to undertake a range of operational and administrative tasks under general instruction and close supervision but with discretion in selecting the most appropriate method and sequence.
  • Working Knowledge of Child Care Management Systems and the administration of child care fee accounts and other financial transactions.
  • Working knowledge of sourcing of procuring goods and services.
  • Understanding of information management and client confidentiality.
