We're Hiring: Admin, Office & Sales Assistant
Location: Braeside 3195 VIC| Type: Full-time / Part-time
We’re a growing wholesale artisanal bakery looking for a reliable and proactive Admin, Office & Sales Assistant to join our team.
About the Role:
This is a dynamic position that sits at the heart of our operations, supporting communication across the business and ensuring smooth day-to-day workflow. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers and internal teams, playing a key role in customer relations and admin support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone
- Maintain clear communication between production, management, and clients
- Handle order entries, updates, and follow-ups
- Provide support to the sales team and assist with account management
- Perform general office administration and data entry
- Conduct stock takes and assist with inventory management
- Support day-to-day operations with flexibility and attention to detail
About You:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Confident using email, phone, and basic office software
- Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in a similar role (admin/customer service/sales support) is highly regarded
- Working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office is required
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential

Expected hours: 30 – 38 per week
