About the Role

As the Administrative Officer – Emergency Services, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our Emergency Department(s). Working closely with medical, nursing, and clinical support staff, you’ll provide high-quality administrative services that directly contribute to the care and experience of patients. Your role is essential in maintaining accurate records, managing sensitive information with confidentiality, and ensuring day-to-day processes run efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

You’ll be part of a collaborative team committed to excellence in emergency healthcare delivery. With a strong focus on quality service, you will help implement consistent administrative procedures aligned with hospital policies, government guidelines, and organisational objectives.
