About the Role
As the Administrative Officer – Emergency Services, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our Emergency Department(s). Working closely with medical, nursing, and clinical support staff, you’ll provide high-quality administrative services that directly contribute to the care and experience of patients. Your role is essential in maintaining accurate records, managing sensitive information with confidentiality, and ensuring day-to-day processes run efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
You’ll be part of a collaborative team committed to excellence in emergency healthcare delivery. With a strong focus on quality service, you will help implement consistent administrative procedures aligned with hospital policies, government guidelines, and organisational objectives. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with people from diverse backgrounds while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative, adaptability, and resilience under pressure.
Strong organisational and administrative capabilities, including accurate data entry, prioritisation of tasks, and meeting deadlines using Microsoft Office applications.
