As we grow, we are seeking an administrative team member who can help keep the day-to-day running smoothly while maintaining a calm and welcoming atmosphere for clients and therapists alike.
The Role
Hours: 10-15 hours per week (to start)
Start Date: Flexible
You’ll be working front-of-house to help manage the flow of a busy psychology clinic, ensuring that clients feel supported and operations run smoothly.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Create a calm, welcoming environment for all clients and families
- Manage front desk duties including phone calls, emails, appointment bookings, and client intake
- Process payments, generate invoices, and update client records
- Support therapists and management with general administrative needs
- Maintain strict client confidentiality and adhere to all clinic policies
- Keep the office space clean, tidy, and well-stocked
- Respond to client concerns with care and professionalism, including managing occasional high-stress situations
- Follow through on requests from clients, therapists, and management with efficiency and reliability

Desirable
- Previous experience in health, medical, or client-facing administrative roles
- Availability during school hours and holidays
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain
