TASK LIST ADMNISTRATION OFFICER COMMUNITY SERVICES
AND INDEPENDENT LIVING
Answering phone calls and enquiries
Validation and processing of internal and external services delivered, in client
management and financial systems
Assist with Audits
Maintain training records
Following up outstanding debtors
Manage incoming mail and upload relevant documents into databases
Administration tasks such as printing, appointment setting.
Managing marketing collateral and setting up information packs
Booking client appointments
Rescheduling client services.
Minutes and agendas for meeting
Assistance to set up training sessions and general staff meetings
Other administrative tasks as directed
Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm
Pay: $75,959.52 – $86,810.88 per year
