About the Role
In this exciting opportunity you will provide administrative and support services to facilitate the effective operation of the Procurement team, and provide support to icare staff on procurement policies, procedures and practices.

Duties
It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as a Administration Officer you will:
- Provide a range of administrative and support services, including records management, routine correspondence, meeting and event coordination, to support the effective operation of the Procurement team.
- Collect and compile information for, and prepare documentation and correspondence in line with quality and organisational requirements, to support information flow and inform decision making.
- Complete routine financial transations and purchasing services, ensuring compliance with agency standards and procedures.
- Respond to enquiries, and escalate and redirect issues as required, to ensure the provision of accurate information.
- Update and maintain records and databases, complying with administrative systems and processes, to ensure that all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible.
Skills & Experience
- 1-3 years relevant experience
- Experience in use of Microsoft Office applications – MS Word (Intermediate); PowerPoint (Intermediate); and Excel (Basic).
- Use of various web-based platforms for collaboration, e.g., MS Teams or SharePoint.
