Key Responsibilities:
As an Administration Officer, you will specifically:
Provide timely, high quality advice and support in relation to required duties (e.g. finance, human resources, stores, payroll, rostering or casework).
Provide support and training to other administrative staff and ancillary employees.
Provide administrative coordination and support in relation to required duties (may include asset management, financial, human resource, performance reporting, business processes, quality management, or procurement systems).
Lisiase with internal and external clients and stakeholders in relation to inquiries relevant to the youth detention centres.
Allocate, prioritise and perform tasks for required duties in accordance with relevant departmental policy and procedures; financial and administrative delegations; awards and agreements and legislation; or practice manuals.
Participate productively and collaboratively as a member of a team in delivering support and services to clients.
