Selection Criteria:
- Extensive and varied clerical experience, including reception experience, billing practices and clinic workflow.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Demonstrated extensive experience using Windows based software including databases and experience in using MS Word and Excel.
- Demonstrated excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new processes and provide flexibility in the workplace.
- Evidence of a current unrestricted drivers’ licence and the ability to maintain. Ability and willingness to drive/travel as the role requires. This may involve driving long distances and overnight stays.
