This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a newly-funded team and program – Head to Health Kids Hub. This new service is part of a nation-wide roll out of Kids Hubs jointly funded by state (NSW Health) and the Australian Government to provide early intervention mental health and wellbeing support for children up to the age of 12 years. As a part of the initiative, you will provide comprehensive administrative services to support the team of clinicians providing services to families. The position will involve frontline reception, client registration and bookings, establishment and maintenance of effective administration systems, roster support, minute taking, data collection/ collation and procurement.


This is a temporarily funded position until 28 June 2026 with the possibility of an extension subject to funding.
