What you'll be doing
To carry out accounting, administration and clerical duties, ensuring that child care services consistently meet all regulatory compliance obligations of funding agreements and in respect of Education and Care Services National Regulations, National Law Act 2010.

Facilitating and maintaining a variety of tasks, undertaking various roles and responsibilities including administrative and financial routine transactions and purchasing services, ensuring approvals and changes are authorised within delegations and are compliant with standards.
  • Attention to detail with demonstrated literacy, numeracy and accuracy skills
  • Highly developed analytical and problem solving skills
  • Sound knowledge of administrative practices, procedures and processes
  • Experience in the management of budgets, accounts and processing of fees
  • Well-developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, organise, set priorities and meet deadlines
  • The ability to manage StarCare daily processes and CCITS procedures
  • Experience with Oracle R12 or other comparable financial system
