We are a dynamic and growing design and construction company looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant with a flair for social media. Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
- General office administration tasks (email handling, data entry, scheduling, document preparation)
- Organize and maintain digital files and records
- Assist with customer inquiries and support when needed
- Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and support team logistics
Social Media Management
- Plan, schedule, and post content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages
- Help create visual and written content (basic graphic design skills a plus!)
- Monitor analytics and suggest strategies for growth and engagement
Requirements:
✅ Strong organizational and time management skills
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
✅ Experience using social media platforms (personal or professional)
✅ A self-starter who’s comfortable multitasking and working independently
✅ Bonus: Experience with Canva, social media schedulers (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite), or basic content creation
