We are looking for an experienced receptionist/administrator to be the face of our Hilbert centre. We are searching for a candidate who will form relationships with all our families, and ensure their experience is smooth and flawless.
About the role
- First point of contact for all families
- The face of the centre
- Work alongside the Centre Manager, assisting with administration and leadership duties
- Full Time or Part Time Position
- End to end enrolment process for all enquiries of the centre
What we are looking for
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care Qualification
- Previous Leadership role with in Early Childhood Education and Care (preferred)
- Experience using Microsoft Office Qikkids and OWNA
- Reception experience (preferred)
- A passionate, and driven individual
- Trustworthy, dedicated and positive team player

Pay: $21.60 – $38.53 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Oak Park, VIC 3046: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
