We are seeking a talented individual to join our Operations team at Marsh. This role can be based in the Sydney OR Melbourne office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

In this role, you will take inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service on behalf of our client in relation to existing and new policy enquiries. Additionally, you will support management, as requird, and accurately process all relevant documentation in a timely manner.

We will count on you to:

  • Handle customer enquiries via telephone (inbound and outbound) and email.
  • Manage length of calls
  • Maintain a basic understanding of the core aspects of relevant Insurance and related legislation
  • Promote good listening skills
  • Provide customers with needed information and support
  • Update reports based on predefined templates on a regular basis to ensure accurate entry
  • Work closely with Team Leader and Seniors to ensure synergy and all time customer satisfaction
  • Utilize computer technology to handle high volume of calls

What you need to have:

  • High School Certificate or equivalent.
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills
  • Excellent analytical and negotiation skills, coupled with exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

  • Motivated self-starter focused on achieving results, capable of working autonomously as well as being a team player.
  • Experience in a similar broking/operational role, preferably in an insurance-related field.
