What role will you play?
As a Change and Transformation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end change initiatives within our Private Bank business. You will collaborate with clients, bankers, advice services teams, product specialists, and leadership to deliver transformational change. Your focus will include driving continuous improvement in key advice systems, such as Salesforce, while sourcing and implementing new systems to enhance our advice lifecycle.
What you offer
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining high-quality change management deliverables, including communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and change impact assessments.
- A strong background in managing business-wide transformation and change initiatives, particularly those impacting processes and technology within the financial advice sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
- A client-focused mindset, with a passion for transforming client interactions and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- A deep understanding of advice processes, advice technology systems, and best practice implementation, coupled with exceptional communication and organisational skills.
