Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Personal Care: Assist with showering, dressing, and maintaining personal hygiene with dignity.
- Medication Management: Administer medications as needed.
- Domestic Duties: Help with cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Client Engagement: Support clients in community activities such as grocery shopping or attending appointments.

Balanced work life: Work between 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Expecting short shifts throughout the day, travel between multiple clients.

- Want to move away from traditional aged care facilities and build one-on-one relationships with clients.
- Are excellent communicators dedicated to delivering top-notch service.
- Can listen attentively and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Maintain calmness in various environments while respecting professional boundaries.
- Provide personal care with sensitivity and respect for our clients' dignity (experience highly preferred)

Requirements:
Before starting, you'll need:
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)/Blue Card
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- A valid open driver’s license, reliable vehicle and comprehensive car insurance + roadside assistance
- Working Rights in Australia
- A signed Statutory Declaration
