The Opportunity:
We’re seeking a motivated Allied Health Assistant (AHA) to support our Occupational Therapists in delivering therapy programs. You’ll work independently in client environments, helping clients develop life skills, regulate emotions, and engage meaningfully in their daily routines.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver client sessions in homes, schools, and community settings
- Implement therapy programs under Occupational Therapist supervision
- Support clients with daily living skills, emotional regulation, play, and motor development
- Build rapport with clients and their families
- Document session outcomes using practice management software
- Communicate regularly with the supervising Occupational Therapist
About You:
- Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance OR
- Qualification in Early Childhood Education, Disability, or Community Services
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
- Driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Strong communication skills and a professional, client-first attitude
- Comfortable working independently while following clear direction

Pay Rate:
Casual hourly rate commensurate with experience and qualifications. Starting from award rates with the potential for above-award rates for the right candidate.
