Working for a small traffic control company with 12x Utes and 20x Staff.
Responsible for work allocations for the traffic control personnel as per the clients booking requirements using the Alloc8 program. Ensuring all the plans and permits are uploaded to each job for the traffic controllers to perform the works.
Uploading and checking time sheets for payroll.
Support with fleet management and stock take for signage equipment and staff uniforms.
Some weekend shut down site monitoring requirements incurring time in lieu.
