We are looking for mature caring, reliable Disability Support Workers with experience of supporting people with anxiety, trauma and PTSD disabilities to join our team that supports NDIS participants with complex mental health and psychosocial needs.
What You’ll Do:
Support daily personal care, meal preparation and routines
Assist with community access and appointments
Encourage independence and work toward life goals
Build respectful, trust-based relationships
About You:
Experience supporting individuals with a range of psychosocial and/or complex needs
Strong communicator, calm and compassionate
Full work rights in Australia
Own vehicle with comprehensive insurance
Cert. III in Individual Support or nursing background (highly desirable)

Pay: From $39.70 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week
