  • Develop and embed a robust AML Operations Quality Control framework.
  • Monitor quality performance, analyse trends, and drive remediation and uplift activities.
  • Design and deliver AML training and onboarding programs, uplifting role-specific expertise and team engagement.
  • Enhance management information and reporting through dashboards, KPIs, and actionable insights.
  • Represent AML Operations in audits, reviews and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Champion a culture of ownership, compliance and excellence across AML Operations.

About You

  • Proven AML operational leader with proven operational leadership experience in AML/CTF, financial crime or similar within a highly regulated industry.
  • Deep knowledge of the Australian AML/CTF framework, sanctions and operational best practice.
  • Strong capability in process design, quality frameworks, and performance reporting.
  • Track record of delivering training and coaching to diverse audiences.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence working across risk, compliance and business teams.
  • Tertiary qualification in a financial crime, business, or commerce-related discipline (postgraduate study desirable).
