We’re now seeking a driven, collaborative, and solutions-focused finance professional to join us as our SAP Finance Operations & Controls Lead on a 24-Month Fixed Term Contract. This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of finance at Blackmores—ensuring our operations are future-fit and ready to thrive in a reimagined, SAP-powered environment.
What you’ll be doing
Lead the design and implementation of the SAP solution across key transactional finance workstreams – including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Payroll and Record to Report
Act as the quality control and governance lead for processes documented in Signavio
Ensure critical controls are embedded and automation opportunities are captured in global process design
Prepare Finance Operations for SAP migration – including data readiness, reporting design, governance models, and subsystem alignment
Act as the Finance business lead for testing, data migration, and cutover activities
Champion change across the function and encourage adoption of new ways of working
Ensure the solution delivers long-term value across the business
What you bring
CA/CPA qualification required
10+ years’ experience in finance operations, controls, and transformation
Background in Big 4 transformation advisory or audit, with experience in large-scale process design and systems change
Proven resilience, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple priorities
Experience with process mapping tools such as Signavio
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
Hands-on experience with ERP or SAP programs highly desirable
A passion for leading change, with a collaborative, can-do attitude
