Why this Role?
As the Finance Hub Coordinator, you will coordinate the expansion and realignment of hub services across the state, by providing training, guidance, and support to both new and existing Finance Hub Officers. You will also support effective service delivery by producing accurate and timely financial reports, while managing a range of tasks across various areas within Financial Services.
Responsibilities include:
Lead the delivery and expansion of the Finance Hub model, providing cost-efficient processing services that reduce administrative burden in schools and streamline financial transactions.
Establish and maintain effective communication and support networks with Finance Hub Officers across all regions, including the coordination of training, guidance, and professional development activities to build capability.
Manage and maintain operational resources and agreements, including Finance Hub guidelines, communication materials, and central records of service agreements with schools. This includes invoicing and ensuring clarity of agreed services.
Coordinate governance and strategic planning activities, supporting the Finance Hub Management Board, overseeing governance arrangements, and leading reviews of the standard Service Level Agreement and State-wide annual fee structure.
Drive consistency and performance across Finance Hub services, by implementing standard operating procedures, performance measures, and monitoring frameworks that ensure uniform service delivery and support employee development.
