Job Description
This pivotal leadership role is responsible for defining and managing the ANZ Category strategy across designated sales channels and customer segments. You will oversee the optimisation of the product portfolio to ensure robust sales performance and profitable growth. Reporting to the Head of Category Management and REU Business Unit, you will collaborate closely with REU HQ, Marketing and Sales teams, leveraging an entrepreneurial mindset to drive profitable growth, and enhance consumer engagement. You will develop strategic sell-in and sell-out initiatives, manage local pricing strategies, and support product launches and promotional activities to strengthen market presence and customer relationships.
