Your new role
We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an Analyst, Custody & Implementation. You will play a pivotal role in managing our derivative, exposure and margin management & reconciliation processes comprehensively, including analysis, monitoring and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
A key part of the role involves improving data quality and supporting process automation across the team. You’ll manage day-to-day operational issues, track key metrics and help build and report via dashboards. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a broad range of investment services functions and contribute to a high-performing team.

Desired Skills and Experience
What you’ll need to excel
- Unrestricted working rights for the duration of the contract (30 June 2026) and attendance in our Canberra city office
- Tertiary qualification in finance, economics and/or actuarial studies is highly desired
- Proficiency in MS Excel is essential
- Familiarity with data visualisation programs such as Power BI and Tableau
- Demonstrated organisational skills with a keen ability to meet deadlines
- Analytical proficiency with attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- Effective communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
- Autonomous drive from work conception to completion
- Competence in processing and reporting on numbers and data with high accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships across all levels
