About the opportunity
The primary aim of this role is to oversee and coordinate Enterprise change programs and initiatives to advance the strategic objectives of the Australia Post Group. This role collaborates closely with Network Operations teams to spearhead change programs that integrate service enhancement, safety protocols, efficiency improvements, governance enhancements, and standardisation efforts.

To thrive in this role, you'll make a meaningful impact by leveraging your exceptional stakeholder management skills to drive and implement programs of work. You’ll have the opportunity to work on-site with teams across our network at varying locations and times.
You’ll also
- Drive and embed the transformation strategy by partnering with relevant Territory, Facility and Depot Managers to develop and coordinate tactical activities that achieves outcomes.
- Review and analyse data insights that leads to the identification of priority areas and develop a change management plan
- Partner with leadership teams to develop coordinated change management plans to ensure effective and efficient utilisation of systems, assets and labour resourcing in line with Lean principles.
- Provide troubleshooting support and skills to sites on a needs basis to ensure the success of change and improvement programs.
- Partner with leaders at all levels to translate change programs ensuring consistent effective communication and coaching that creates engagement and achieves objectives.
About you
You will excel in engaging with people at all levels of the business, possess strong operational knowledge, and thrive working in a one-team environment with your stakeholders.
You’ll also have
- Have an in-depth knowledge and experience working in a supply chain and/or manufacturing environment with operational processes
- Worked in a large, multi-division organisation with well-defined process, protocols and authority levels.
- Experience supporting and implementing change in a large, complex organisation with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Experience with implementing change management methodology
- Understand Lean principles and how to apply them within a complex change process.
