Salary package: $95,987 – 110,489 per annum plus 17% superannuation
Terms: Full-time, continuing (flexible arrangements will be considered)

The Position

The Division of Student Administration and Academic Services (DSAAS), within the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) Portfolio, supports students throughout their academic journey – from offer to graduation. The ideal candidate will be skilled in facilitating administrative processes, fact-finding, evidence analysis, and applying institutional policies and legislation to assess complex matters. Experience conducting investigations in a regulatory or educational framework will be highly regarded.

A demonstrated understanding of trauma-informed practices, support for students, and being able to apply these approaches when managing behavioural and conduct related issues will be favoured.

Adaptability, discretion, and a commitment to maintain a safe university environment are key attributes of our ideal candidate.
