Leading a team to enhance application performance, reliability, and innovation for First and Last Mile Operations. Accountable for Platform Management across Network Operations and Product applications.
Responsible for the lifecycle of applications, ensuring they meet business needs, perform efficiently, and are maintained. Overseeing deployment, maintenance, upgrades, and providing technical guidance for optimal performance and user experience. Responsibility extends to the management of vendors and partners involved across the lifecycle of applications within the domain.
Accountability for supporting on-premises and cloud-based applications across Network Operations and Product domains. Maintaining CI/CD systems for build and deployment pipelines.
Daily engagement with stakeholders on estimations, design, and development to meet time, budget, and quality targets. Resolving technical issues throughout the development lifecycle.
Planning and leading an effective application lifecycle program for reliable service outcomes across the enterprise, which includes management of engineering pipeline and delivery. Influencing senior stakeholders to endorse innovation and drive continuous improvement. Developing and improving people, processes, and tools in their capability area.

Essential Experience:
- Domain knowledge aligned to eCommerce and logistics is preferable
- We're after an energetic person to re shape the team and support the Head of Technology.
- Prior experience managing a team of technical resources
- Expertise in SDLCs and delivery methodologies
- Understanding of ITIL frameworks
- Experience with cloud platforms, AWS is essential with GCP and Azure preferred
