Provide effective change management, capacity planning, incident management, risk management and continuity planning utilising best practices in systems support and service delivery, within the ITIL framework.
Ensure end to end service delivery for enterprise systems within Queensland Health by establishing and maintaining highly effective working relationships with other technical specialists, application specialists, vendors and end users.
Provide timely application support activity reports to stakeholders.
You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following key capabilities, knowledge and experience. Within the context of the responsibilities described above under 'Key Responsibilities', the ideal applicant will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
Demonstrated ability in developing and promoting ITIL Service Management processes primarily incident / problem / test / change and configuration management (SFIA: USUP Level 4, PBMG Level 4, CHMG Level 4, CFMG Level 3, TEST Level 3)
Demonstrated ability in the provision of high-level specialist advice on, and support for, clinical enterprise applications (SFIA: TECH Level 5)
Demonstrated ability to ensure that service delivery meets agreed service levels in a customer focused ICT / Clinical Business environment (SFIA: SLMO Level 4)
Specific Working Conditions:
Appropriate remuneration under the Award will apply for on-call arrangements.
This position may be required to work at different sites.
